1. Please prepare correct detilas of consignees and prodcuts.
- e.g. Name, Address, Contact no., Product details, PCCC (Personal Customers Clearance Code) or Korean Registration Number
＊Consignee = PCCC = Mobile Number(PCCC Holder's) / can clear Customs
＊Consignee = Korean Registration Number = Consignee Mobile Number / can clear Customs
2. Total value of the consignment should be under USD 150 to proceed with duty-free otherwise tax (Customs Charge in Korea) will be levied.
3. Quarantine (Inspection) may carry out for items such as ;
Powdered formula, jerky, cheese, milk, nuts, etc. and might take longer than others to be released from Customs. It also may be discarded if it is found to have failed quarantine.
4. Restricted items - Battery included items, cosmetics which contain alcohol, lighter, Flammable spray, Product that constains gas, animal food, etc.
5. Built-in Battery has a high risk of explosion.
For shipping goods contains built-in battery, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) from the manufacturing company should be prepared and get permission form airlines prior to the
boarding.
6. Same model of electronic goods cannot be shipped together at the same time.
7. If restriced items are found druing X-ray, then re-xray scanning fee will be charged.
8. Any health supplements product can be shipped up to 6 pcs at one to the same consignee.
9. Box size
- Toal dimension of 'width + depth + height' should be less than 160cm and one side of the packaging can not be over 100cm. If exceed, extra charge for delivery in Korea will be applied.
10. Weight limit
- Each packaging should be under 30kg. If exceed, extra charge for deliveyr in Korea will be applied.
* However, packaging containing honey products must be under 5kg.
11. The greater weight between actual and volumetric weight will be applied.
* Calculation method of volumetric weight : Height(cm) * Length(cm) * Depth(cm) / 6,000
12. Incorrect or false information on the consignee or product may cause issues / problems for customs clearance and all costs incurred in this regard are to be paid by the sender or consignee.
