(1) PROHIBITED ITEMS
Tobaccos, Alcohol, Medicines, Herbal medicines, Food, Precious metals, Flammable substances, batteries, other dangerous goods, and any other Australian Customs.
(2) Customers are responsible for all liabilities and related tax, quarantine(inspection), fines and disposal costs due to the eligibility for customs and goods.
(3) Australian bond warehouse storage fees due to unconfirmed arrival notice (such as contact error) are borne by the customer.
(4) Completed by the customer, submitted to Australian Customs.
(5) In accordance with Section 181 of the Customs Act, I/we hereby authorize and direct YES G2M P/L, its nominees, and/or sub agents as may be appointed from time to time to act as my/our Customs Agent for the purposes of the Customs Act, 1901 as amended, at all places in Australia. I/We further authorize and direct YES G2M P/L to quote my/our ABN and/or ACN numbers and/or any form of identifications including but no limited to my/our personal details stated below for imported goods at time of entry with the Australian Customs Service. I/We agree and acknowledge that all transactions undertaken by YES G2M P/L, its nominees and/or its agents on behalf of myself/this company are done so subject only to their trading conditions, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. This Authority cancels all previous authorities in force from this date and applies to all shipments.
1. According to the airline's policy, the larger of the acutal weight/voulme weight is calculated.
* Volumetric weight calculation method: Width(cm) X Length(cm) X Height(cm) / 6,000
2. Air freight charge is $19.2 per KG based on general rate and all payments are made on site or earlier.
3. Due to irregular schedules and air freight charges, bundled shipping is not possible.
However, items received at the Seoul office based on the same cut-off and shipped on the same flight are treated as a bundle.
4. Items will not be shipped until the consignee's details are confirmed.

5. If this form is not submitted to YES G2M, it will be classified as 'unconfirmed item' and will not be shipped until all details are confirmed.
6. 'Confirmation message (SMS)' will be sent when the goods are available for pick up.
7. If someone other than you is picking up the goods on your behalf, you will need to fill out a form called 'Collection Authorisation Form' so please let us know in advance.
8. For delivery request, please inform us when you receive the 'confirmation message' will be arranged.
9. If the total value of the goods exceeds AUD1,000, duties / gst will be applied by Australian Customs.
Proof of purchase and receipt must be kept and provided to Australian Customs upon request.
10. Compensation for loss or damage of goods is not possible, so in case of high-priced products please check insurance separately before shipping.
11. Foods(including health suppliments) are higly likely to incur additional procedures by Australian Customs and some additional ducuments and charges may also incur upon customs request.
You must receive consent before proceeding, so please inform YES G2M in advance.
12. Wood products(furniture, musical instruments, etc.) are classified as subject to quarantine inspection when importing to Australia so please inform YES G2M in advance.
13. For products containing internal/extenal batteries, liquids, and powdered products, please prepare an 'MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)' and it is necessary to check the possiblity with the document before shipping.
14. For the security of overseas cargo loading, we/YES G2M can inspect the actual goods without customer's consent.
15. If the parcel arrives at the Seoul office/warehouse after the trading hours, it won't be confirmed.

16. If any of the above items are omitted, customs clearance will be delayed.

2. Tobaccos, alcohol, other drugs, and dangerous goods are prohibited to be shipped.
3. Quarantine inspection may occur for used products, food, wood products, animal/plants, and all other food-related products by Australian Customs.
4. If the value of the goods exceeds AUD 1,000, duties and gst will be applied by Australian Customs. Proof of purchase and receipt must be kept and provided to Australian Customs upon request.
5. Commercial customs clearance will be proceed when the volume of the goods exceeds 0.9CBM.
6. Bundled shipments must be notified to YES G2M before warehousing at the warehouse in Busan and may occur extra handling charge.
7. Compensation for loss or damage of goods is not possible, so in case of high-priced products please check insurance separately before shipping.
8. Prohibited items or un-declaration goods are considered contraband under Australian law. We ask that you do not suffer any disadvantages from Australian Customs X-ray inspection.
9. In case of quarantine inspection of imported goods, additional costs will be applied.
(e.g. Warehouse quarantine cost, disposal cost if reuqired, etc)
10. For all cleared cargo, free storage is 3 days from the notification date and extra storage fee will be applied after.
11. Please fill out this "SEA FREIGHT SHIPPING DETAILS FORM" accurately.
12. For the security of overseas cargo loading, we/YES G2M can inspect the actual goods without customer's consent.
13. If the parcel arrives at the warehouse in Busan on the weekend, or after the trading hours, it will not be confirmed.
14. If any of the above items are omitted, customs clearance will be delayed.
