* Goods brought in for the first time within 6 months of obtaining permanet residence visa
* Australian Citizen returning after living overseas for more than 12 months
* Goods brought in within 3 months of marriage to an Australian citizen
* If the reason is justifiable, depending on the circumstances, you may write a letter of explanation to the Australian Customs office and proceed.

* Alcohol, food, new products, bulky items of the same type, medicines are prohibited.
* Serius legal responsibility will be required for alchol and tobacco products in particular.
* Dairy products and items with pictures of beef, vegetables, and seafood on the outside of the packaging.
* Items engraved with the Australian flag or emblem.
* Articles engraved with the symbol or patterns of the Australian sutonomous state.
* Porcelain products
* Toxic substances other than cosmetics(Limited to 250mg/kg but excess content is allowed for hair products)
* Tools for suppression (spray for self-defense, armor, suppression rod, etc.)
* Dairy products and items with pictures of beef, vegetables, and seafood on the outside
* Drugs and medicine/narcotic drugs are permitted, however ;
- Doctor or veterinarian's prescription is required
- Only a maximum of 3 months' supply is allowed
- Must be brought in as cabin (passanger) baggage.
- Prescriptions must be written in English.

* Drugs harmful to Ozone layer.
* Toys containing harmful substances such as lead, arsenic or barium.

* Korea-Autralia FTA not applicable for Used Personal Effects.
* Products that violate the Trade Regulation Act.
