1. Parcel will not be shipped until the consignee's details are fully confirmed
2. Tobaccos, alcohol, other drugs, and dangerous goods are prohibited to be shipped.
3. Quarantine inspection may occur for used products, food, wood products, animal/plants, and all other food-related products by Australian Customs.
4. If the value of the goods exceeds AUD 1,000, duties and gst will be applied by Australian Customs. Proof of purchase and receipt must be kept and provided to Australian Customs upon request.
5. Commercial customs clearance will be proceed when the volume of the goods exceeds 0.9CBM.
6. Bundled shipments must be notified to YES G2M before warehousing at the warehouse in Busan and may occur extra handling charge.
7. Compensation for loss or damage of goods is not possible, so in case of high-priced products please check insurance separately before shipping.
8. Prohibited items or un-declaration goods are considered contraband under Australian law. We ask that you do not suffer any disadvantages from Australian Customs X-ray inspection.
9. In case of quarantine inspection of imported goods, additional costs will be applied.
(e.g. Warehouse quarantine cost, disposal cost if reuqired, etc)
10. For all cleared cargo, free storage is 3 days from the notification date and extra storage fee will be applied after.
11. Please fill out this "SEA FREIGHT SHIPPING DETAILS FORM" accurately.
12. For the security of overseas cargo loading, we/YES G2M can inspect the actual goods without customer's consent.
13. If the parcel arrives at the warehouse in Busan on the weekend, or after the trading hours, it will not be confirmed.
14. If any of the above items are omitted, customs clearance will be delayed.
